The JL-T77 uses a 20-pole, 60-slot, 6-phase DC direct drive motor for its drive motor. It uses a contactless Hall element servo and Victor's unique sine wave drive system to enable quiet rotation. In addition, the turntable is finished with a die-cast aluminum alloy turntable with careful dynamic balance one by one, and the rubber covering is finished into a unique shape of a mortar with consideration of adhesion to both turntable and record. JL-C77 is used for the cabinet. JL-C77 has a laminated structure consisting of high-density beech wood bonded with special vinyl adhesive to a thickness of 60 mm. The motor and arm parts are hollowed out to control internal vibration as well as external vibration. A 7 mm thick aluminum alloy plate is used for the pickup board part to reduce vibration. This board can be attached and detached, and the arm can be exchanged for each board by using a spare sold separately. Thick acrylic dust cover is used to suppress howling. The dust cover has a free hinge that allows it to be held at any angle, and the hinge is attached to the cover so that when it is removed and used, it leaves no obstructions in the rear.
