These rules are made in the USA by Precision Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and are hardened and tempered. They have a black chrome finish and are precision photo etched and then white filled for easy readability. The black chrome with white markings creates a “zero-glare” ruler that is easy to read in low and bright light conditions. The graduationa shows 32nds and 64ths on one side and .5mm and mm on the reverse. Rules are 1.00” wide and .036” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. These rules are every bit as accurate as any Starrett, Mitutoyo, M & R or B & S rule at less than half the price. Picture is a close up of a 6" rule, but a 12" is up for sale. Also, picture shows both sides of a rule, but only one is up for sale at a time.
