You can only run one function or the other at a time. With lever in one direction, oil flow will run to your 'default' function. Turn the lever on diverter, & your second function will flow.The diverter valve has three pairs of connections. The first is for the tractor remote feed. The other two set of couplings is the feed for your towed behind equipment. These quick couplers are most common Agricultural Poppet style.
