The Shrink Wrap is ripped off in the upper right hand corner (see photo) but it is still in Unopened Condition. The only wear is where the shrink wrap was torn off. The condition of the Album should be MINT, as this is not OPENED. This will be packaged securely to prevent it from receiving any damage in transit....
