This humbucker is voiced to be a little hotter and fatter than you would typically find in a vintage style bridge position humbucker. It is more aggressive than 50s-style models, but without the compression of most high gain pickups making this pickup perfect for replicating those legendary 70s arena rock tones. This also features 42AWG Plain Enamel Copper wire, a shielded, four-conductor wiring for series, parallel, or split-coil operation, nickel-plated pole pieces, nickel slugs, maple spacers and is fully wax potted to eliminate any chance of microphonic feedback, a nickel silver baseplate and an output reading of 9.8K. Ideally wired with 500k pots for great high-end cut or you could use other types for your preference. Ideally this is a bridge humbucker but it can also be used in the neck position as well. This pickup is great for playing a wide range of music styles including heavy blues, classic rock, metal, southern rock and hard rock. Pole spacing is 49.2mm. This humbucker is made to compete with it's Seymour Duncan counterpart. So why spend a high price for something with a branding attached to it when you can get that same great sound from this.
