Description: Please see pictures, and read the entire description! This typewriter seems to work, however, there are a couple of issues that I can't seem to figure out. The first issue is the ribbon won't advance when typing. When the ribbon is removed, I can see the gears moving, turning both of the 'mounts' where the ribbon sits, but when the ribbon is seated, I cannot get them to move. This is very possibly user error, or something is wrong, and will need to be repaired. The second issue is the bell does not 'ding' when the typewriter reaches the end of the line. The typewriter seems to function otherwise, and it is in decent condition. It comes with its case, a manual, and a sealed ribbon. We recommend that this be PROFESSIONALLY tuned up, repaired (if needed), and cleaned before any use. This is sold as is!
