Publisher's cloth binding, gilt title lettering, embossed ruled covers. Bookcase and map in POOR condition! Offered only as a survival of a rare item. Map is defective and missing a small piece (see pic), paper split into pieces along fold lines, old amateur thread repair to keep map together, etc. Item is physically old and shows strong signs of handling and poor storage conditions over time. Item is not new or in "new" condition by a long shot- it may well be among the worst surviving examples in existence, the next step is total loss.
