The front free endpaper in "Chinese Cuisine" is unevenly attached to the first page (due to how it was glued by publisher). There are also foxing marks on the outer edges of the pages, and on the last page of "Chinese Cuisine". The dust covers show moderate wear including light scratches, rubbing marks, and edge/corner-point wear; the dust cover of "Chinese Snacks" also has a minor stain from moisture on its upper rear edge.
