Description: this is 440c knife blank that was made in Taiwan for the Pachmayr model 200 hunting knife “shown in the last photo”. It measures 9” overall. The blade is 4” from the plunge line to the tip the actual cutting edge is 3.6” long. The thickness is .184 just .004 shy of 3/16” it probably started out as 3/16” and had a couple thousand milled off each side in the clean up process. These are really nice precision ground blade , very flat and symmetrical and make a very nice general purpose hunting knife with good cutting ability unlike some of the crappy cheap blanks you see for sale.
