The item is in C) Used, Good cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has scuffs and scratches on the outside of the PC from normal use. There is a missing port door on the right side. (SEE PICTURES) All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition and the screen is in Very Good condition. I was able to power on the PC using an in-house power supply and get into the BIOS. I was able to load a temporary Linux Mint operating system to test the PC. I was able to surf the Internet using the built-in Wi-Fi and the Ethernet port. Touchscreen, Backlit Keyboard, Speakers, Microphone, Headphone jack, Bluetooth, SD Card reader, HDMI and USB ports are working. The original operating system is missing. The SSD and SSD Caddy are missing.The battery charges and holds a charge but is untested. The life of the battery is not guaranteed.Does not come with a power supply.
