Perhaps from the Dutch School, the painting depicting a coastal scene with two figures in the foreground walking along the beach with other figures by fishing boats in the near distance. Further back we see a village including a church. Beautifully executed in earthy tones and with a superb rendering of the sky and clouds, clearly by a skilled hand.Signed lower right, 'F. J ??????'.
