This particular copy is in acceptable condition, and was obtained from an estate sale in AL. There are multiple flaws (see photos). There are stains and yellowing. One page has previous owner's notes added to a recipe. Binding is taped and not stable in center. All flaws aside, the recipes are still intact and perfectly readable. And there are LOTS of recipes. If someone doesn't snatch this one soon, I'll keep it myself, so hurry up! :)
