If repairs have already been attempted on your system, repairs can be much more difficult and time consuming. In addition to our FREE diagnostics, we will need to determine if previous repairs were done properly and if they need to be undone before proceeding with own, which can cause delays. Tampered systems will also need to go through an extended stress testing process, once repairs have been completed, to ensure longevity. Due to the unpredictability, and extended repair time of tampered systems, there may be a small additional fee for all systems that have had repairs performed on it previously. We will always try our best to avoid implementing this additional fee, but in the unlikely case that it is absolutely necessary, we will contact you to inform you of the additional cost. Our usual turnaround time for repairs is 3-5 business days, but additional time may be needed if parts need to be ordered. (Our handling time is only set to 30 days on eBay to account for the time it takes for us to receive the system from you and as a precaution if we need to wait for parts.
