Description: Antique RARE 1889 EAPG O'HARA GLASS CO. TAUNTON SLASHED SWIRL CAKE STAND This old cake stand was made by O'Hara Glass Company, Ltd., 1889. Pattern name is "Taunton". Also known as "Salient-Star, Scroll and Slashed Swirl Border". It stands 6.25" tall and is 10.5" wide. It will accommodate 10" cake. Brandy well in center. Has a twisted rope pattern rim, stem and base. Glass is clear and bright and it free of any large chips or cracks. There are a few small chips on the top and bottom swirl sections as pictured, which considering its age, are quire respectible.Estate Find...
