This lovely painting features a young woman in the foreground probably feeding two swans with a dam and house in the background. The painting is signed with initials A.A.G. in the lower left and was done by Alfred Augustus Glendening Sr. R.A. (1840-1921). Based on research on some similar paintings by Glendening we believe this painting is of The Thames at Pangbourne. Condition: Good. Painting appears to have been professionally cleaned and re-framed in a horrible modern frame.
