This painting has very strange style, it has an early Spanish vibe like Velasquez, a little bit of a folk style and a little English Pre-Raphaelite thrown in for good measure. The painting features a young girl in old style dress holding a group of flowers, it is signed in the lower left W L. Condition: Signs of heavy restoration on the back of the canvas. Appears to have a few restored damages and possible over painting.
